I provide counseling for adolescents and adults and enjoy working with individuals and families on a range of issues. My training as a psychotherapist encompasses extensive coursework in psychological theories, clinical practice, and ethical standards, complemented by supervised clinical internships, fellowships, and a post-doc that provided hands-on experience with diverse client populations. I utilize an integrative methodology, combining evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, exposure and response therapy, and psychodynamic principles to tailor treatment plans to each individual’s unique needs. I also have extensive training and experience in Family-Based Treatment for eating disorders. This flexible framework allows me to address a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges, fostering a collaborative therapeutic environment focused on growth, resilience, and lasting change.
I am licensed in Minnesota and credentialed through PSYPACT to practice telehealth in most states.
